something you take before your workout to enhance your workout
You protein pancake recipe pls?? I try using protein powder in food but it always tastes like some bad grainy glue. I use the Optimum Nutrition extreme milk chocolate (not very good)
1/2 cup oats (blended)
1 scoop protein powder
3 egg whites
1/4 cup almond milk (or whatever milk you use)
1 packet stevia/sweetener
1/4 cup of cottage cheese
pinch of baking powder
you can add vanilla extract/ cocoa powder/cinnamon depending on what flavor protein powder you have!
Mix the dry ingredients together, and then add the wet ingredients.
Cook on medium heat. Wait for the pancakes to start forming bubbles and then flip!

taking pre workout is cool but now i’m home and I have the worst anxiety ever. Ugh. I hope i can sleep
breakfast: protein pancakes, large coffee with milk and sugar
lunch: ground turkey, salad with carrots, tomatoes, and roasted peppers.
snack: Orange, almonds
dinner: baked chicken with salsa and green beans
post dinner: protein mug cake with banana and peanut butter , and a cup of yogurt.
workout: light shoulder work and I ran for 3 miles pain free!!
