Usually I’ll freeze a banana and blend it together with a scoop of protein powder and some almond milk. But today I froze a cup of vanilla almond milk and blended it with my chocolate protein powder and some vanilla yogurt. It was so gooooooodddddd. The protein I use has a thicker consistency which makes it the BEST for shakes.
Noooo it’s not current at all. I wrote it a year and a half ago when I made this blog. I haven’t updated it at all!
Thank you ! I feel wonderful knowing that I’m not depriving myself of what it needs. If that means I have weird looking arms then bring it on. Health > eating disorder.
